Frequently Asked Questions about the Royalist Party USA

A brief introduction to how our party will revitalize our country by restoring right government.

01

02

Why the monarchy?

God has blessed mankind with noble leaders who have led their people in the ways of peace, prosperity, and virtue. Throughout its long history, the British monarchy has made inestimable contributions to the spheres of art, language, culture, government, and science. We recognize the Crown as the rightful authority over the land of the United States. We seek restoration of the United States to its rightful place within the Commonwealth of Nations.

03

Are you traitors?

Certainly not! We are patriotic Americans who seek the return of proper governance to our country through prayerful, peaceful means. When we registered to vote, we took an oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States", and we abide by that oath. Loyalists respect current laws and institutions while advocating for positive change that will benefit Americans and people everywhere. We love our country and want what's best for her.

Why does Christianity have such a prominent place in your Platform?

We believe that God is the creator of heaven and earth, and that Jesus Christ is his only begotten Son. As such, God is the author of all sound government and deserves public worship. We look to Christ and his Church for wisdom, blessing, and strength in all matters personal and political. The Christian principle of religious liberty exalts freedom of conscience, and, as such, the party advocates for freedom of religion for individuals and communities. All people of goodwill are welcome in our party.

What is Distributism?

Distributism is an economic system based on Catholic social principles principally enunciated in the enycylicals of the Popes and the writings of G.K. Chesterton and his colleagues. This philosophy is based on the principles of moral imperatives guiding civic life and the broad distribution of the means of production among the people.
